21 day Purification Program Workshop Starts Tuesday, January 5th, 2010
What is it? The Standard Process Purification Program is a great way to detoxify the organs of the body, while at the same time feeding the body the nutrition it needs.
How long does it take? 3 Weeks.    ­     ­     ­ 
Meetings: 1st meeting on Tuesday, 1/5/10, is an informational session, then four Tuesdays thereafter.   &­nbsp;
What is included with the program? Meetings with your “coach” will cover weekly goals. You will have the support of others completing the program with you.
Supplementation: Nutritional shakes and food based supplements.
Do I have to fast? No. There are lots of foods you can still eat, and there is no limit to these foods.
