Saturday, Oct 11 Handmade Parade on Churton Street
Full Description:
2:30PM Downtown Hillsborough, from Margaret Lane to the Burwell School. "The Waters of The Eno and her Creatures". Townspeople have been working on this parade for months, making puppets, learning to walk on stilts, practicing the drumming and music. This is a new event for Hillsborough and promises to be lots of fun. At the end of the parade, there will be a celebration on the lawn of Burwell School that will include music, food and beverages. Sponsored by the Hillsborough Arts Council which also sponsors the Last Friday events.
