"Smokey" is a black Chihuahua.  Last seen in the Lawrence Road area on 03/22/10.  He was wearing a blue harness with tags.

He also had on a "cone" because he has bad allergies that cause him to scratch uncontrollably. He is missing hair on his back for the same reason.
