The Eno River Association is a 501c3 non-profit conservation organization whose mission is to conserve and protect the natural, cultural and historic resources of the Eno River basin. Provides many educational families for the entire family, including the July 4th Festival for the Eno.

Founded in 1968, the Occoneechee Golf Association is a stand alone tournament committee and social organization. The Association sponsors and directs various events throughout the year here at the course, including member tournaments and social outings. Association members enjoy benefits such as reduced rates, priority tee-times and merchandise discounts.

The Hillsborough Badminton Club (HBC) is a local recreation club that plays competitive badminton (doubles) for enjoyment and fitness. The club consists of active adult men and women. We play every Sunday night, year round, from 7 to 9 p.m.. The club's venue is the Orange County Recreation and Parks Gymnasium, at 300 West Tryon Street, near downtown Hillsborough.
