Each year, schools in North Carolina receive designations based on their performance on the state’s End-of-Grade tests. These designations are awarded based on the percentage of students scoring at grade level and on whether students have learned as much as they are expected to learn in one year. For the 2003-2004 school year, Pathways Elementary School was designated a “School of Excellence” indicating that at least 90% of our students are performing at or above grade level on the North Carolina End-of-Grade Test.
