Neighbor House of Hillsborough, Inc is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose basic mission is to foster an awareness of and to shelter and feed the homeless and hungry residents of North Orange County. Food for All is a feeding program implemented by Neighbor House of Hillsborough as a means of establishing a relationship with homeless residents.
