Full Description:

Pack 467 has FUN 24/7! What makes Pack 467 special? We're a smaller group of scouts and their families. This allows us to do more as a group, it allows the boys to get to know each other better and it allows the parents and leaders to become more personally involved in our program. We have several great programs within the Pack each year: Graveyard Camping; What else can we say? Community Service Projects; Helping protect and beautify Little River Park, Orange County Speedway, feeding families through Helping Hand and Durham Rescue Mission etc.) FUNdraising; Our scouts participate in many opportunities for teaching the values of earning their own way while having fun, and to help prepare them for Boy Scouts and adulthood Pinewood Derby; Scouts enjoy making and racing a car with their family. Earning Patches and Other Rewards and Recognition's: 100% Uniform inspection, Leave no Trace, Recruiter, Belt Loops, Pins etc. Pack 467 is sponsored by New Sharon United Methodist Church on New Sharon Church Road. Pack 467 program includes: • Pack meeting per month. Each based on a ‘theme‘ for the month such as My Family Tree, To The Rescue, Cubs In the Future, etc. • Den meeting twice per month focused on skills instruction, crafts and games for the monthly themes. • Scout Advancement • Fundraising, and Community Service • FUN, FUN, FUN You are invited to Join !
